Sponsored placements in the RG360 directory

Disclosure policy

• Every placement is labeled “Sponsored.” No placement is ever presented as an editorial recommendation, ranking, or endorsement.
• Sponsorship has no influence on analysis. Bid figures, resolution-ladder outputs, tear sheets, and reports are produced by the same underwriting criteria for every file, regardless of who advertises.
• Nothing appears on Pipeline or Reports. Placements render only in the RG360 directory and its navigation. The analytical surfaces of the platform carry no advertising of any kind.
• Conflicted files are suppressed. A sponsor is never shown on a file where it is a counterparty, servicer, or otherwise interested party.
• Related parties are disclosed. Any sponsor with a business relationship to ReGround Asset Resolution or its principals carries the label “Sponsored · Disclosed relationship” and is subject to an additional approval step.
• Fees are flat and fixed. Placement fees are bona fide advertising charges at a fixed rate card, set in advance for a fixed term. They are never tied to referrals, introductions, closings, or volume of any kind.

Categories currently open

Lender categories are not currently open to sponsorship. ReGround Asset Resolution is a licensed California real estate broker whose analysis may recommend third-party financing; lender placements will be considered only under a separate disclosure framework reviewed by counsel.

What a placement includes

• A house-designed creative — your headline, one line of copy, a call to action, and your mark — rendered in the platform’s type and palette. Layout and design stay with us.
• Rotation within a capped pool per category, so placements stay scarce and legible.
• A 90-day minimum term, paid in advance, with rate locked for the life of the placement.
• Creative review before anything goes live; you see exactly what will render.

Rates and availability are quoted directly. We do not publish a rate card.
